Carnes is the baby of our family (Slavkes), who immigrated 20 years ago from Argentina, from the city of Rosario (where soccer player Leo Messi grew up!). The restaurant is the fulfillment of a dream of Sabrina and Nicolas, a sister and a brother who wanted to establish a place for Dad, where he could feed people with the delicious recipes he has been preparing for years, at home and in the restaurants he has worked in throughout his career.
Our father, Adolfo, is the chef responsible for the special and authentic dishes that are served in the restaurant, most of them old recipes from my grandmother's house in Argentina, which are written on old paper pages in an old notebook that we kept, along with upgraded versions of the recipes he devised and invented over the years from the heart and the stomach.

Our place offers a winning combination of a family atmosphere and a perfect Argentinian experience. At the entrance to the place, the Argentinian flag is flying in blue and white, with the yellow sun shining on it. We stay at the home and family place during the hours it is open, welcome the diners with the hospitality we know, and bring here with us many memories and colors from the country where we were born.

Like every Argentinian, our family members live and breathe meat, along with Argentinian foods, and this is how we bring the authentic and original foods to the Israeli plate. The flagship dishes in Kerens are the meats that are cooked in the restaurant's smokehouse, using a special technique that enriches the deep flavors. The meat, which comes from South America, is smeared with the special homemade seasoning, and is cooked on low heat for about 12 hours for maximum flavor absorption.
On our menu you will find smoked asado and shawarma smoked in a long-cooked smokehouse; Main dishes: sirloin, entrecote, filet, chorizos, hamburger and schnitzel; And there are also meat platters in special mixes, and juicy meat sandwiches.
Along with the meats, we serve starters, side dishes and salads. Including traditional South American specials: empanadas - including vegan empanadas that are in great demand, and choripan - a special development of chorizo in pan bread.
There are also special dips, such as authentic homemade chimichurri, as well as soft drinks and Argentinian beer.
